As an online houseplant shop, Curious Cacti strive for the best service with the best plants and therefore it is important that the following disclaimers are read so that all customers accept the natural risks involved when buying a plant.

Variegation disclaimer 

All plants are sold under their current identification. This may mean that variegated plants sold by Curious Cacti may revert back to a non-variegated form over time. Alternatively a non variegated plant sold by Curious Cacti may start to show variegation. Curious Cacti take no responsibility in the unlikely event of variegation reversing or commencing as this is a natural process.  

 

Dying plants disclaimer

In the rare event that your plant is damaged or dies in transit, please get in contact with us through our “Contact” button at the top of the page. You must contact us within 48 hours of the plant being delivered or no action can be taken.  

 

Pest disclaimer

At Curious Cacti we do our very best to eradicate pests; applying organic and non-organic pesticides frequently as a precaution. Each one of our plants is given a thorough inspection before being listed on the website and then inspected again before being shipped to its forever home. In the unlikely event that a pest is found on a Curious Cacti plant, we cannot accept responsibility for pests found later than 5 days from the day of delivery. In the unlikely event that pests are found before this 5 day period, please get in contact with us through our “Contact” button at the top of the page.

Plant measurements and sourcing 

All measurements are taken of green foliage above soil line in centimetres. We have full permission from the individuals and businesses we source our plants from, for their re-sale on Curious Cacti.

Growth in plants

Due to the photos on the website potentially displaying a younger than it is at present, this can mean that the plant may change in appearance between the time that the picture was taken and the time of purchase. As a result some plants may not look exactly the same as the time of the picture. An up to date picture can be requested by getting in contact using the email at the bottom of the page or using the 'Contact' tab at the top of the page. ​
